Returns & Refund Policy
At Spark Riders, we want you to feel confident when shopping with us. If you change your mind, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order, provided the item is unused and meets the return conditions below.
30-Day Returns
You can request a return within 30 days from the date your order is delivered.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- Unused and not ridden
- In the same condition as received
- In its original packaging
- Complete with all accessories, manuals, chargers, keys, tools, and parts
Free from marks, scratches, damage, wear, or signs of assembly/use
Electric bikes, electric scooters, and rideables must not show any signs of road use, outdoor use, mileage, tyre wear, dirt, damage, or modification.
Before Sending a Return
Please do not send your item back without contacting us first.

- Your full name
- Order number
- Product name
- Reason for return
- Photos of the item and packaging
Once your return request is reviewed, we will provide return instructions.
Return Shipping
For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured courier service, as the item remains your responsibility until it is safely received and inspected by us.
Large items such as electric bikes, electric scooters, and off-road rideables must be returned safely in their original packaging to avoid damage during transit.
Inspection & Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected to confirm that it is unused, complete, and in its original condition.
If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 working days for the refund to appear in your account after approval, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Original delivery charges may not be refundable unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
Items That Cannot Be Returned
We cannot accept returns for items that are:
- Used, ridden, or tested outdoors
- Damaged after delivery
- Missing original packaging or accessories
- Assembled, modified, altered, or repaired
- Showing tyre wear, mileage, dirt, scratches, or signs of use
- Returned without prior approval
- If an item is returned in a used, damaged, incomplete, or unsellable condition, we may refuse the return or make a deduction from the refund to reflect the loss in value.
- Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos or videos showing the problem.
For transit damage, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery where possible, so we can raise the issue with the courier quickly. We will always do our best to help resolve genuine delivery damage or product faults.
Warranty Support
Some products may include manufacturer or supplier warranty support. Warranty coverage can vary depending on the product, brand, and type of issue.
Warranty does not usually cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, water damage, unauthorized modifications, normal wear and tear, poor maintenance, or use outside the product’s intended purpose.
For warranty help, contact us with your order number and details of the issue.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an unused item for another product, please contact us first. Exchanges are subject to stock availability and return approval.
Order Cancellations
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.
If your order has not yet been dispatched, we will try to cancel it before shipping. If the order has already been dispatched, you may need to follow the standard returns process once the item is delivered.
