1. Delivery Rates & Surcharges

Standard UK Mainland Delivery: We are pleased to offer FREE delivery on all items shipped within the UK mainland.

Regional Surcharges: Deliveries to certain offshore or remote locations, such as the Isle of Wight, are subject to an additional shipping charge of £90.
2. Courier Services & Order Tracking
To ensure your order arrives in perfect condition, we partner with the UK's leading courier networks, including DHL, Parcel Force, DPD, UPS, FedEx, and Tuffnells Tracked.

Dispatch Timeline: Orders are typically dispatched within 24 to 72 hours of purchase. Please note that dispatch operations do not run over weekends.

Order Cut-Off: Orders placed after 12:00 PM (GMT) will be processed and dispatched the following working day.

Estimated Delivery Window: Once dispatched, standard deliveries generally take 3 to 7 working days to arrive.
3. Collection Options
In-person collection may be available for certain items. If you prefer to collect your order directly, please contact our customer service team prior to purchase to discuss arrangements.
4. Missed Deliveries & Failed Attempts
Because of the value and size of our items, a signature is required upon delivery.

First & Second Attempts: If you are unavailable to receive your delivery, the courier will leave a calling card with instructions on how to rearrange delivery or collect your package from the local depot.

Final Attempt: The courier will attempt delivery up to three (3) times. If all three attempts are unsuccessful, the item will be returned to the SparkRiders warehouse.
Please Note: SparkRiders.co.uk reserves the right to charge additional shipping and handling fees if a customer requests a redelivery after a package has already been returned to our facility.
